*Wonolo Referral Program Rules

In order for a referred business (a "Referred Customer") to be eligible for a Referral Bonus, the Referred Customer must meet all of the terms and conditions of Wonolo's Referral Program Rules, which include, but are not limited to the following: the Referred Customer must (i) be a new customer to the Wonolo Platform (i.e., has never previously created a Wonolo account or been contacted by Wonolo’s sales team); (ii) have not been previously referred; (iii) have completed the sign-up process on the Wonolo Platform; (iv) use the Referrer’s Referral Code when signing up on the Wonolo Platform; and (v) meet the terms and conditions Wonolo has for using the Wonolo app.

In order for a referring individual (the "Referrer") to be eligible for a Referral Bonus, the Referrer must meet all of the terms and conditions of Wonolo's Referral Program Rules, which include, but are not limited to the following: (i) the Referrer must be an employee of a Customer with an active Wonolo account; (ii) the Referred Customer must use the Referrer’s Referral Code when completing the sign-up process on the Wonolo Platform; and (iii) the Referred Customer must spend at least $1,000 in Service Fees on the Wonolo Platform.
